I had a bad experience with Longhorn Wrecker

so I went online to see if any one else has had a bad experience with them. I was not shock to see that there was people who have had just as hard time with there rude costumer service. So now the is a blog for people to vent.
These people 1)illegally towed my girlfriend's vehicle per all Texas statutes I read from a racket with a Carrolton Apartment Complex parking in a VISITOR spot 2)intentionally put us off together in trying to reclaim the vehicle 3) burglarized the vehicle, taking a laptop & case, GPS, phone charger and rumaging anything else in the vehicle they opened with some kind of jimmy stick. I was sickened by what I saw at this office and how they are preying on poor people just trying to get by in life. They stated it was impossible to identify what driver picked up a vehicle despite this being a Texas requirement. Police arrived and said ... oh God these people again... basically regularly visit the place and can't do a thing. Having to file the report in another jurisdiction for what good it will do. This place needs to be shut down and fined into oblivion. Who advocates for consumers on this subject? I know there is no hope in reclaiming this poor girl's belongings but by principal this place needs to suffer something remotely resembling justice. Any help can be appreciated. Does the Government care to protect the innocent citizens! Wakeup And set rules that protect your citizens Let these towing companys be accoutable for the damages they cause to those towed vehicles.
